Heal Epi-Genetic Patterns

GENETIC BEHAVIOR

We all have one physical brain, but possess two phases of mind power. One is called the conscious mind and the other is called the subconscious mind. In short, the primary difference between the Conscious and Subconscious is; the subconscious gives directions and the conscious follows orders. Your subconscious is the place where emotions are stored and is likewise controlled by emotion, not logic. E-motion is the fuel that drives us. In order to change the subconscious commands, you have to be able to access the subconscious mind.

Body psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, audio-visual entrainment, theta-state therapies, and other forms of psychodynamic therapies, learning relaxation skills such as deep breathing, meditation and positive visualization, voice mapping technologies, dreaming, biofeedback, and etc. are all examples of ways we can interact with the subconscious. Our thoughts and emotional patterns unconsciously direct our lives, often interfering with our ability to live our lives in the way we desire or choose to.

Our relationships and outlook on life depends upon how much emotional “baggage”; such as our beliefs and mental and subconscious programming we are carrying around with us. Research in epigenetic's has shown that the negative beliefs, traumas, and fears that your ancestors experienced have been passed down to you in your DNA. Therefore, we inherit our ancestors' behaviors, health patterns, subconscious stress, beliefs, fears, perceptions and more, and is often the cause of most of our problems. This can also be represented in our gene expression. These preset “DNA programs” have been lodged in your subconscious mind and are displayed through your choices, behaviors, patterns, and also in the frequencies in your voice.

THE DNA CONNECTION

Much of the stress that we encounter is genetically inherited. In fact, many patterns in your life can be traced to genetic traumas, hardships and unresolved conflicts that are held in your DNA from your ancestors. Science has proven that DNA is not only the physical characteristics of your lineage but also the accumulation of emotional traumas from your ancestors. Brain science calls this field of study and treatment “epigenetics”. Biology stands on the brink of a shift in the understanding of inheritance. The epigenetic theory views development as the result of an ongoing, bi-directional interchange between heredity and the environment. Molecular biologists believe your genes are shaped in part by your ancestors’ life experiences. If these ancestral links are not dealt with directly, they’ll prevent any hope for permanent change causing an endless defeat.

THE SCIENCE BEHIND OUR INHERITED BELIEFS

Dr. Candace Pert, Ph.D, former Chief of the section of Brain Biochemistry of the Clinical Neuro-Science Branch at the National Institute of Mental Health, wrote in her book, Molecules of Emotion, “The same molecules that run every system in our bodies; our digestion, our breathing, our disease fighting immune system are the basis of our emotions, including our feelings, our beliefs and subconscious mind and even our memories. Neuropeptides are found in both the body and the brain and are released during different emotional states, and can cause alterations in mood, pain, and pleasure." With her 20 years of research experience exploring the relationship between the body and the mind from the 1980's to early 2000's, it can be said that the outdated traditional Western separation of the body and mind no longer applies.

"Peptides also create the sensations that we experience as emotion. Such sensation may both cause and be caused by specific thoughts or perception. Traumatic experiences in particular frequently results in strong emotional reactions that are stored within the brain's neural pathways and the cells of the body - locking an individual, to some extent, within the same emotional experience. Because creation of peptides within the cells utilizes the DNA, a proclivity toward specific peptides may be transferred genetically, which explains genetic patterns of both disease and demeanor” (Pert, 1997. The Molecules of Emotion).

Dr. Pert goes on to say that, "traumas and old memories are stored in our bodies". Unresolved traumas, especially abuses and traumas from early adverse childhood experiences (ACE), are always present in our bodies and can affect us for the rest of our lives- unless we do something about it.

For illustration purposes, let’s compare our subconscious mind to a sophisticated computer’s operating system; electrical synapses wired for specific on-off functions. Just like the operating system that controls the “life” of the computer, your subconscious mind controls your life– good and bad. You can download incredible software, but if the operating system has a virus that’s affecting its performance, the new software will be defective or won’t run at all.

Dr. Paula Koger of Wealth of Health Center, Sarasota, Florida, explains that, "This is why you can download a program called “success” into your conscious mind and still not have the results of success that you desire. Why? Because the virus in your subconscious has corrupted and disabled the software. This is why you can spend hours- or even years- doing visualization exercises, meditation, and positive affirmations, and still end up not having the results you desire. The reason is that there is an ancestral belief system (virus) in your subconscious that says, “I’m not worthy”, "I don't deserve it", or “I can’t get what I want”. This program prevents your desire from happening because your negative subconscious program is more powerful no matter how strong your conscious desire". In order to get past these blocks you must eliminate the negative, limiting, and generational beliefs or epigenetic patterns that are getting in the way of achieving what you want.

“It feels like being in prison with no chance of parole!”

Consequently, we are born with many of these triggers pre-installed or inherited in our DNA. This is why we grow up to find ourselves inescapably acting like our parents or grandparents— even repeating the same mistakes and dysfunctional family patterns, such as alcoholism, addiction, abuse, or mental disorders that are also tendencies from past generations that keep repeating. We can push a button incessantly on our computer wishing for a different response. These are symptoms of DNA emotional genetic traumas that came through your lineage that inhibit your ability to identify solution oriented choices for yourself in present time. Logically or consciously you may want to get rid of all these old beliefs, but on an emotional level your subconscious programming is subject to give orders dictated by its beliefs.

WHAT CAN WE DO TO ELIMINATE OUR GENERATIONAL“BAGGAGE”?

When you hear a person’s voice you can immediately identify whether they’re happy, tired, sad, anxious or stressed. Your voice carries identifiable frequencies that convey your emotional state. Traumas, ACE's and other unresolved emotions are presented in our life as fears, negative thoughts, limiting beliefs, self-sabotage, and unwanted behaviors. Advancements bridging epigenetics (DNA) and brain studies substantiate how voice remapping effectively releases negative programming (unwanted negative behaviors and beliefs).

Working with professionals who specialize in DNA, subconscious therapy, or intergenerational issues can help you remove unwanted thoughts and beliefs in your subconscious mind. They can walk you through the subconscious process and you can begin to remove what no longer works and choose to download a different program—without a virus.

Regretfully, this is some of the most imperative and effective work you can do, and yet, professionals who specialize in generational healing are a rare find. Fortunately there are a variety of techniques that are designed to reprogram negative subconscious beliefs and facilitate perceptual reframing, although it may not necessarily address intergenerational problems. These include Rapid Eye Technology, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Hypnotherapy, and Voicemapping technology.

Rapid Eye Movement therapies such as Rapid Eye Therapy (RET), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Audio-Visual Entrainment (AVE), incorporates components of cognitive-behavioral therapy with various forms of eye movements or rhythmic, left-right stimulation sometimes along with tactile stimulation or sound, activating opposite sides of the brain. These back-and-forth eye movements work by releasing emotional experiences and traumatic memories that are "trapped" in the nervous system, allowing you to resolve and re-frame them. This assists the neurophysiological system, the basis of the mind-body connection, to free itself of blockages. Rapid Eye Movement therapies are also known to be the most effective and rapid methods for healing Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) as shown by extensive scientific research studies. If left untreated, unresolved trauma can continuously damage a person’s life, especially in the form of self-sabotaging behaviors.

Perception reframing is a technique that facilitates a different way of seeing a circumstance, an opportunity, a problem, or a relationship. This will not remove the memory, but the negative emotional charge. When using voice mapping biofeedback technology, the primary feedback comes from our voice. The person speaks of any topic, for example, circumstances, opportunities, challenges, or relationships. The technology records the energy frequency of the voice and plots it into what is called a Perception Index or PI. The PI gives the person a visual image of their perception in a voice graph as it pertains to the topic discussed.

Voice mapping works similarly to a polygraph machine, only it's measuring the frequency tones in a person's voice. It was first used in World War II, and then grew into a serious science by 1962, particularly in security and criminal forensics. A voice print is almost as unique and individual as your fingerprint. Voice mapping works with the frequencies in your voice in a biofeedback process to balance and release places in your body where memory is energetically “stuck”. Likewise, the software monitors changes in the voice print when progress is made or the belief has been cleared.

WE ARE WHAT WE THINK... AND MORE ACCURATELY, WHAT WE BELIEVE

Clinical experience has shown that most perceptions are static. Because perception creates reality, this means most realities are static. This becomes undesirable if the reality is dysfunctional in any way or less than ideal. For example, a ball player may approach the ball the same way every time and thus become stuck reaching a performance plateau. At a conscious level he may learn better techniques, but at a subconscious level he is still bound by the perception he carries of his ballgame, or of his ability to master it. The reality of his game remains static.

In the case of relationships, a person may repeatedly attract someone with similar negative behaviors; for example, a woman who repeatedly ends up in an abusive relationship. Even though on a conscious level she knows better and makes positive changes in herself, for some reason she still continues to fall for “the wrong person.” This is the result of a static perception that perpetuates undesirable outcomes and has very little to do with her conscious desire for something better. Her subconscious belief is stronger than her conscious desire, because the subconscious is controlled by e-motion, not logic. As long as she continues to believe on a subconscious level that she does not deserve better or learns to stand up for herself, she will continue to be unconsciously attracted to that and make the same relationship choices.

In terms of the voice map, a static perception is reflected when speaking of one topic multiple times resulting in a PI that is the same, or very similar. With voice remapping technology it is possible to quickly shift or reframe a perception at a conscious and subconscious level. Perception reframing allows for a healthier, more mature and insightful reality that is used to improve any part of human aptitudes. Even transgenerational issues can be quickly resolved with therapies such as voicemapping technology—even if the generational issue came from a person who is now deceased, or from a biological parent you have never met.

Voicemapping software analyzes your voice and creates a chart revealing what emotions and types of mental processes you associate with a particular statement. For example, when talking about your father, the software analyzes what subconscious associations you have with your father, as well as emotional beliefs you may have inherited. Based on the voice print from your belief, this will reveal particular blocks you may have concerning how you feel about the issue. When you know exactly what the mental and emotional blocks are, you can begin to work through them. By combining quantum physics, biology, and information theory, voice mapping provides a way for technology and the subconscious mind to communicate to each other.

After a voiceprint, the next step is to explore those feelings during a multi-sensory AVE, or psychedelic healing session. The multi-sensory stimulation allows the subconscious to go to the core experience or event that created your blocks. Once found, the transformation is easy because you are now consciously aware of what has caused the feelings and “blocks” you have been experiencing and you can begin to release the negative feelings and replace them with positive feelings, reframing the perception. RET or EMDR is designed to work similarly and can also be used to effectively remove these blocks.

Although the memory content is unaffected, the blocks and emotions associated with it are. Your perceptions are renewed and the emotional charge no longer remains. Now you develop a permanent change and transformation by creating more relaxed, neutral or positive feelings with new insight, new neuropathways, and lessons learned from old emotional experiences. In other words, your perspective on the issue has changed! This process is then repeated until your ancestral chart is clear from each core or generational issue. You can completely heal your DNA without ever needing to work through it with each individual member of your family. Now you can finally experience your true and authentic, core personality without the influence of generational baggage, or passing it down to others.
