No degrading or insulting comments are allowed. Respect the privacy and differences  of others. Please help us create a safe and supportive space with a welcoming environment and therapeutic milieu.

If you would like to share knowledge, share only relevant content that may be beneficial to others in the group.  Be prepared to be removed from the group or community if any of these rules are violated.
